Katie, Cal, Sean and Dave speak to a Liverpool Harrier who trains in Stockport with Team New Balance. Jonny Mellor won the 2022 Manchester Marathon as well as 2022 Wilmslow Half Marathon. Jonny speaks about training as a junior, his love hate relationship with cross country and his post long run cravings. Along with chatting about the training setup with Team New Balance, Jonny chats about the training towards Manchester Marathon and of course the win.

With the team back to full(ish) strength with Katie back from covid, the team discuss the pressure of social media and strava when training. In training Sean has bull blown maranioa has well and truely set in, Dave is getting the mileage up, Katie is also getting mileage up but has a small niggle in the calf still, and Cal is missing his crunchie nut cereal!
