Shaun Riney and Seth Glasser are joined by Todd Rose and Paul Coppe from Rose & Rose Law. Todd and Paul were lead counsel in the case of 335-7 LLC v City of New York, which asked for certiorari by the Supreme Court of the United States of America, and sought to highlight the unconstitutionality of NYC’s rent regulation system and specifically 2019's HSTPA. Unfortunately, after 12 conferences the case was denied. Despite the setback, they remain resolute, determined to continue the fight for property rights.
