In today's podcast I discuss the very real, but confusing contradiction of some seemingly positive things not actually being that positive at all and other seemingly negative things actually being quite helpful. It goes without saying that everything I'm talking about today is looked at through the lens of OCD and anxiety and helping us to see that even seemingly difficult and undesirable emotional states like anxiety can actually teach us something and help us to move forward in a new way in our lives. I hope you find it helpful :)
