After five incredible years of The Anxiety Chicks, it's time to share where I've been... and what's next.
If you've been wondering why episodes stopped, what happened behind the scenes, or what the future holds for The Anxiety Chicks, this episode is for you.
Today I'm sharing my heart. I open up about the conversation Alison and I had, why we stepped away from weekly episodes, and how this unexpected season led me to spend months praying about what God was calling me to do next.
In this episode, I also officially introduce my brand-new solo podcast, Peace Over Panic, a space dedicated to moving beyond simply surviving anxiety and learning how to truly live.
This isn't goodbye to The Anxiety Chicks. Our hope is to continue recording together as schedules allow. Instead, this is the beginning of a new journey, one where we'll explore healing, faith, nervous system regulation, expert interviews, listener stories, and what it really looks like to build a life beyond fear.
If you've ever wondered...
Can I actually heal from anxiety?
What does life beyond anxiety look like?
How do I stop merely surviving and start living?
Can I experience peace even when life feels uncertain?...then I think you're going to love what's coming.
