Sometimes it can be hard to find the motivation on those more challenging OCD days. We may not want to focus on our values, exercise meditate or keep up with other habits that are supporting us, but on these types of day, perhaps even more than others, it's important that we do actually keep up with our positive habits.
With this in mind, today I discuss how to find motivation, even when you don't want to take action. I hope you find it helpful :)
