"I'm watching them write up their options in real time and I'm correcting them if I see anything that needs to be moved, changed or reconfigured and before they present options when it's warranted, they're going to the client and they're letting them know that my project manager is gonna call you right now because we really feel like you need to, you need to kind of see the big picture of what's going on here. And then myself or someone like me calls, the customer basically tells them what's going on."
