One of the questions I get asked a lot about OCD is 'because I've been struggling with OCD for so long, does that mean I'm always going to be stuck'?
It is of course a very negative question, but I totally get where it is coming from. Many people fear being stuck with OCD, like a sentence that they are going to have to serve out.
But in my experience, OCD really isn't like this. Yes, it is challenging, but at any point you can start to have a different relationship with it and when you do, it may surprise you how quickly OCD can begin to fall away.
We don't have to stay stuck at all and today's podcast is a hopeful episode where we take a look at how to overcome that feeling of stickiness. I hope you enjoy and find it helpful.
