Join me as I chat with Richard Gallegos.  His new book, an autobiography, Recovery Run, just hit the shelves last week is a super inspiring story detailing how he went from 300+ pounds and an IV drug addict/alcoholic to clean and sober, to a badass ultrarunner - finisher of 13 - 100 milers, and a 200 miler, and now a published author.  He was quite a joy to get to know better and I am sure others will be helped by hearing his story.
