Cal, Katie, Dave and Sean speak with an East Cheshire Harrier who is making waves at the age of 17. Cementing a 17:22 at the first Sale Sizzler, and 36:50 at the Great Manchester Run 10k in May. As well as being the 2nd Lady in the Black Knight Charge in an impressive time of 38:49. Emilia talks about how she trained during lockdown, how her coaches at East Cheshire Harriers have helped with her confidence and self belief. Along with this, Emilia talks about her experience at Great Manchester Run 10k and meeting her idol Eilish McColgan. She also explains how she deals with the peer pressure from friends on her social life.
