We want our kids to get along, to be there for each other now and in the future. But what happens when our kids AREN’T getting along for a large percentage of the time? Most of us either assume they’ll work it out on their own… or we step in and become judge and jury, trying to figure out who was wrong and what the best punishment should be. Instead, we can give kids the tools they need to resolve conflict on their own, so that not only do they respect themselves and their siblings… but they learn what they need in order to have healthy relationships and to treat others with respect both in and outside of the home.
