On this weeks episode of Ask Dr Jessica, we are joined by a fellow pediatrician, Dr Inessa Grinberg. In this conversation, we talk all about picky eaters. What can be done about picky eaters? What strategies can parents use to help children eat a healthy diet? In this discussion, we focus on how to help parents can make the eating experience with children less stressful, and more enjoyable.
Dr. Grinberg is originally from the former Soviet Union. She moved to Los Angeles in her early teenage years and completed her undergraduate education in Molecular and Developmental Biology at the University of California. She then embarked on a combined MD/PhD program at the University of Chicago, receiving Honors in her medical studies and a PhD in Human Genetics. Dr. Grinberg went on to complete her residency training in Pediatrics at UCLA.
Dr. Grinberg currently works at Beverly Hills Pediatrics (www.beverlyhillspediatrics.com). Dr. Grinberg has been listed in Super Doctors 2016-present and was selected for the Top Doctors Award by the Los Angeles Magazine in 2019 . She is also a devoted wife and mother to three incredible children.
Dr Jessica Hochman is a board certified pediatrician, mom to three children, and she is very passionate about the health and well being of children. Most of her educational videos are targeted towards general pediatric topics and presented in an easy to understand manner.
