Episode 41 features coffee and conversation with Luis Cocco.  He's Race Director for Miami Ultra Runners series.  We cover many topics starting with the Miami 50/50, which my buddy Jim Miller and I will be running next weekend.  Can't wait to tour Miami on foot because I have never been there.  We also discuss the Miami 100/125 and Ride the Wave 50k, as well as the Space Pirate 100 and 33.3.  

We then jump into Luis' race adventures as well as a recap of the Lollipop FKT.  Luis carries his mindful approach from his martial arts background into his running and race directing and this makes for an awesome combination.  I hope you enjoy and I hope you choose to support his races!
