Beth Sandlin offers support, education and exploration to movers and teachers of the Pilates Method through a Trauma Informed Approach. While working as Assistant Director for Educational Services at a University Health Center, she realized the need for more inclusive, trauma sensitive practices in all fields, especially within the movement sector.

 

Beth is the founder of Trifecta Pilates offering online Pilates classes via a membership and YouTube. She also teaches the TIPA (Trauma Informed Pilates Approach) Continuing Education Course to current Pilates Instructors to expand the network of Trauma Informed Professionals.

 

She holds a degree in Health Education, a comprehensive Pilates Certification, 200-hour Yoga Certification and is a Health Coach. When not moving or teaching Pilates, you can find her spending time with her family at home, hiking or camping.
