Martin's PBs are 29:47 for 5k, 1hr3min for 10k, 2.17 for half and 5hr 1min for marathon. Martin talks about how he loves the podcast and finds it inspirational, how he got into running and how them first few runs feel when starting out. He also talks about his 25 year recovery and how his dyspraxia impacts his running. The journey Martin has been on is talked about and how he helps others within a group called ANEW.
