Episode 64 begins the 100 Miles With Marty Project!  We selected 3 runners from a pool of applicants.  We paired them with a coach and are covering the training and race registration for their 1st 100 miler next Spring.  In this episode we meet the runners - Kelly Lomax, Dr. Amber Orman, and Kassy Coan.  We here a little of their stories.  Much more to come over the next 6 months.  Kelly will be running the Bronze Dragonfly in Savannah, and Amber and Kassy will be running the Bootlegger 100 near Jackson, GA.  Follow their journeys over the next 24 to 28 weeks with this podcast and on their social media.  Please support these awesome races and race directors as well, and of course Squirrells Nut Butter.
