Sonia T. is back from Burning Man! She was off the radar for a whole week. It was such a wonderful experience, but it can also be challenging. There’s just so much preparation that needs to happen not only to get to burning man but to also make sure life stuff is in alignment as well.

Sonia T. was reminded at Burning Man of the level of creativity and spirit people have in them. The culture and vibe at Burning Man are so open and every time Sonia T. leaves that magical place, she tries to bring a bit of that energy to the surface. If you ever wanted to see what ‘spirits in action’ look like, go to Burning Man! It’s a rich source of spiritual inspiration. However, how can you actually bring some of this essence back to the real world? What people often get hung up on, or come to odds with, is the rational mind.

 

The rational mind can often feel like the enemy for an intuitive empath, but it shouldn’t be seen that way. In fact, the two must come together in order for you to be in harmony. The biggest problem is that our logical mind gets in the way and it ends up challenging the grounds of what your intuition is signaling you. You don’t always have to run to your logic to make sense of your intuitive gut experience!
