Episode 69 features a chat with Lauren Jones from Atlanta, GA.  She's a pediatric nurse anesthetist and a bada$$ ultrarunner.  Lauren recently won the No Business 100 up in Tennessee and Kentucky.  She also took 2nd at Cocodona 250 last year and 18th female at Western States this year.  She is such a soft spoken person to be such a bada$$, and so fun to chat with!  I think you'll enjoy!
