We still can't believe that our second ADHDAF guest is the one and only Sophia Hilton!

The owner of the Not Another Brand has completely disrupted the industry in the last 6 years. Starting with the most talked about salon, Not Another Salon. She then went on to open 3 more companies, including an the biggest selling in-person academy in the UK, a social media consultancy company and retail. Recently, her Not Another Online learning Platform has over 4000 students across 52 countries worldwide and is now being translated into 5 languages.

Sophia has a whopping 13 business awards putting her in the hall of fame at the Creative Head awards meaning she can no longer enter! That goes alongside a futher 4 awards in hairdressing  and colour and at the British Hairdressing awards and Creative Head.

Sophia was diagnosed this year, aged 34.  Like us, Sophia is just a few months in to discovering her Neurodivergence.

 We begin this Episode backwards with 'the most ADHD thing we've done this week', as a disclaimer for the sound quality. WE ACCIDENTALLY DIDN'T RECORD THE EPISODE! (MORTIFYING!!!)
