Emma is a professional athlete all around. From winning 4th in the 2023 Ironman 70.3 World Championships to winning over 16 70.3’s and being decorated in over 37 Ironman 70.3 podiums, Emma is a force to be reckoned with. Emma was born in Surrey, England, but now is living in Johannesburg, South Africa with her husband (also a competitive triathlete) Jaryd Browne. 

In this episode, Emma unpacks her childhood and how her bustling energy eventually led her to run track competitively. After sustaining a significant knee injury she decided to make her debut into triathlon as a way to celebrate her recovery. After winning, she was hooked and has now become one of the most decorated 70.3 athletes in the world. We go on to talk about faith, her new Cadex bike, and the upcoming (now past) 70.3 World Championship in Lahti, Finland.
