Get to know speedy and tough runner John Parker.  His wins are all on really challenging terrain and conditions, so that speaks a lot about his strengths.  I think one of the reasons I love the Florida Ultra Running community is that even though they lack elevation for the most part, they find other ways to make it challenging.  I love that.  Give it a listen!
