In 2012, Laurie Lewis gained 50 pounds as she progressed through menopause, despite no changes to her nutrition or lifestyle. For the next 5 years, she tried every strategie she could find in an attempt to lose the extra weight... except for intermittent fasting.
In 2017 she discovered IF, implemented it within a few days, and proceeded to lose the 50 pounds she had gained over the next 15 months. She has kept the weight off ever since!
