When I was 22 someone close to me told me I needed plastic surgery. I froze. I shrunk. And it wasn't even true. My young self created a belief around that and now at age 50 I am finally letting go of the very last piece of it. It will no longer have any hold on me. Where have you given your power away? What types of things have people told you that you've believed and made yourself small? These things that have been said to you throughout your life and have impacted you negatively don't need to have power over you anymore. It's time to heal them and let them go.
