Episode 85 is dedicated to the memory of Laken  Hope Riley, a nursing student that was brutally murdered while out on a run on February 22.  Please be vigilant when running alone!  It (the episode) features my chat with my Florida friend, Whitney Dancaster.  She's a social media influencer, a badass ultra-runner, and an all-around humble and kind soul.  It was a real pleasure to get to know her better and talk running and races.   I hope you enjoy.
