In this episode, I am excited to celebrate not just my team but every team out there.  Without a motivated and inspired team, none of us would be able to reach the successes we have achieved. Today we are going to talk how we do it here and hopefully inspire you to inspire your team.  As Jeff Roy once said to me “We need to light a fire inside of people, not under them”.
