Glenn Elzinga is the owner of Alderspring Ranch in Idaho.  He runs the ranch with his wife and seven daughters.  They utilize a unique style of ranching that involves cowboys and results in nutrient dense and flavorful meat that dwarfs the meat you will find in the grocery store.  In fact, the New York Times declared Glenn's beef to be “the best” tasting beef in the United States.  In addition, Glenn's ranching method proves that cows don't always contribute to climate change.  His ranch has a negative carbon footprint!  Connect with Mr. Elzinga at: www.alderspring.com
