He turned to meditation, spirituality, and a holistic approach and now he is an author, producer, coach, and so much more and he does it all while deeply inspiring others and teaching. Tom brings a beautiful presence, calmness and mindful vibe and exudes calm collected energy. Tune in to learn how he broke the cycle, discusses stillness and surrender. Guest Bio:

Tom Cronin spent 26 years as one of Sidney's top bond and swap brokers. From early on in his career, he found meditation and mindfulness to be transformational in relieving the chaos and anxiety that he experienced in his life and work.

Inspired by his own experiences, he then founded The Stillness Project in 2013 - a global initiative encouraging individuals to meditate and sit in stillness daily. Since then, he has dedicated himself to changing the lives of countless individuals through teaching, transformational leadership, meditation retreats, keynote talks, and - most recently - THE PORTAL Film-Experience.
