This episode is sponsored by The Infusion Lounge. The infusion Lounge offers a variety of IV infusion drips ranging from athletic support to Hangover cures. Iv Drips are incredibly popular as unlike oral (tablets) and intermuscular (injections), IVs bypass the digestive system resulting in 100% absorption where needed and you feel the benefits instantly! Our body’s require a bare minimum of vitamins and minerals to function daily, but obtaining these from food alone is tough! Depleted levels can result in low immune systems leading to sickness, and poor recovery time from vigorous training routines. It’s become increasingly apparent that everyone is taking a lot more time to look after their health now, especially since the pandemic.
