Available on iTunes, Soundcloud, Stitcher + Google Play One of the reasons we never achieve our goals is because we let one little word stand in our way; the word "no". We get one of those bad babies and we run back into our comfort zones. I get it, rejection sucks big time. Trust me I know. I heard the word no for nine years straight before I booked my first professional acting gig. Instead of running away from that two letter word, I ran towards it. I committed myself to receiving 100 no's! I know it sounds crazy but if I had stopped the very first time I heard a no --I would not have landed a role on NBC's Chicago Fire or appeared in multiple national commercials. If I had given up the first time a door was slammed in my face I would not be a blogger, podcast host, motivational speaker or creative entrepreneur. If you're afraid of rejection this episode is for you! Topics Discussed In Today's Episode: Embracing the fact that the yes doesn't always come after the very first try but after many attempts. Deflating the ego and letting rejection be a great teacher. How committing to 100 no's helps you flex your faith muscles. And so much more!
