Today I am to cut through the noise of online debates to bring you actionable insights and personal revelations that will change how you approach fitness with PCOS. We'll talk about the benefits of physical activity on insulin resistance and mental health and the role of exercise in shaping gut bacteria and fighting inflammation.  Plus, we're tackling the contentious topic of cortisol—often a byproduct of exercise—and revealing how it might just be the unsung hero in building stress resilience.

I'll also share some of my personal experiences with exercise and my own PCOS and how I've used it as a tool and a therapy to help (plus what's worked for me and what hasn't)
