Irwin Borris

Irwin is a member of the Investment Committee for Peykar Capital, a 4rd generation real estate family office.  In the past he has been the Head of Real Estate for several Family Offices (foreign & US); making investment decisions.  He currently advises investors on existing and potential investments and providing asset management services.  
Irwin has more than 30 years of experience in real estate finance, investment, asset management. During his professional career, and has participated as a direct lender, principal, investment banker and advisor in more than $5.0 billion in real estate transactions. 
Irwin started his career with a national accounting firm that specialized in real estate where he supervised audits and due diligence. In addition to serving on the Real Estate Advisory Committee at Fordham University, Irwin is a frequent speaker on real estate investing at family office and other industry conferences. 
Mr. Boris received his Master’s of Real Estate from New York University with a concentration in Real Estate Investment and received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Long Island University-CW Post. 

He is a licensed real estate broker in New York, and licensed educator in New Jersey.
