You know that connecting the heart and the sacral is a big part of my work, and that I believe it’s key to opening ourselves up and strengthening our trust in Source, the Universe, etc.

That’s why I’m so happy to share this conversation with Akary Busto, a 1/3 Sacral Generator and Aquarius sun / Aquarius moon / Taurus rising. She calls herself an emotional biohacker who brings her knowledge of Human Design to the practice of nervous system regulation.

If you haven’t heard of HeartMath, it’s a practice that works to put your heart and brain on the same wavelength, so to speak.

HeartMath uses short meditation techniques to transform from reacting to responding, not searching for the chaos or the shadow of seeking emotional highs and lows to feel something.

Today we’re talking about how Akary completely changed her life with these techniques and now helps others manage their stress too, because as she says, “the strongest nervous system in the room is the one that wins."
