President Lai Ching-te says has asked his envoy to the next week's APEC

Economic Leaders' Meeting in Gyeongju, South Korea, to promote three key

people-centered artificial intelligence.

Speaking at send-off news conference, Lai thanked Presidential Adviser Lin

Hsin-i for accepting the role and outlined three main messages for Lin to

convey at the summit.

Those included Taiwan commitment to enhancing economic resilience, the

human-centered approach to artificial intelligence.

Lin said he will engage actively with APEC leaders and business

representatives during the summit to show that Taiwan is a responsible,

trustworthy and benevolent partner.
