Javi Baeza

Javi leverages his finance and management skills from 6 years of being a business owner to effectively analyze and create business plans for multifamily investments. He oversaw the operations and finances of construction equipment dealerships in South Florida, Central America, and the Caribbean before getting into Multi-family real estate. As the lead underwriter of HGIG and licensed broker, Javi meticulously analyzes the financials of a multifamily deal and constantly assesses risks and trends on a local and national level in order to maximize the performance of the asset.
