Hour 1:

Starting out the show we re-load Sam the Cooking Guy. He came up missing last week but has since been located and is ready to go tonight. We will hit topics that cover new recipes he has been working on, stainless-steel cookware, why your server might hate you and some other items as well.

Next up, we had back to Florida and talk with pitmaster of Hot Wachulas, Matt Barber, on his RGC take this past weekend in Haines City, FL. Matt will recap the events of the weekend and maybe talk a bit about his business as well.

Hour 2:

In the second hour, pitmaster of the American Dream BBQ Team and the creator of the “Smokin’ At The Run” BBQ contest, David Qualls joins me. David is weeks away from his 2nd annual contest in Miami, OK and there have been some changes to this year’s format. DJ will break it all down for us and tell you how you can get in as well!

In the last segment, America’s only editor of BBQ, From Texas Monthly, Daniel Vaughn joins me to talk about some new topics he has been working on…always good to talk BBQ with one of the most respected names in the industry today!
