The end to 2022 was a special one for me. An end that I wasn't expecting, didn't plan but one that I'm sure a wiser part in me knew I was ready to experience. 

I share openly how much I experience anxiety, often saying to Steve (my partner) that in the last two years, this is the most anxiety I have experienced on a daily basis than I've ever recalled. It seemed odd to us both as I'm in a sweet place in myself and life.

Part of me thought, "well, anxiety is something I need to suck up and live with." But another part of me said, "there is something more to explore to ease the intensity." I listened to that part of me and the right people at the right time showed up, and boy was it a profound visceral experience that I'll never forget.
