How many times have you said yes to something you wanted to say no to?

And how many times have you blamed yourself?

Here’s the thing: when you’re carrying self-judgement you can listen to all the podcasts, read all the books and do all the ‘things’ but love - it’s not going to feel good.

Learning to say no isn’t about berating yourself for all of the times you haven’t had boundaries, or you’ve chosen other people’s needs above you own. It about saying: ok, I didn’t have these tools before. Now I know I’ll choose differently.

Be kind to yourself, always.

On this week’s episode I share why is so hard to say no - even when our body and mind is screaming at us to - how to look at it as the most loving thing you can do and actual things to say to.

Our nervous system sees anything it doesn’t know as threat, especially when it comes to not being part of the ‘pack’.

So it’s really ok if this feels comfortable.

It’s also ok if you’re default has been freeze or appease - both biological responses.

You still got it.

You can still experience something new.
