  • The Process I Use to Move Through Fear

    Hey love,

Two years ago I got on a boat with my dog Hope, a suitcase and a vague plan. I left everything I knew in Scotland, because I knew there was more for me.

    And, I was terrified.

It had been a long time since I had done this kind of solo travel, and the fear felt real. I didn’t ‘know’ what was going to happen. I did know that I cared enough about myself to find out.

And I know how real fear can feel when you’re in the grip of it.

So, in this episode I cover…

    * Why fear isn’t actually the thing keeping you stuck, a lack of self-trust is

    * The real definition of courage (and why you don’t need to feel ready to move)

    * How self-trust is built in small, everyday decisions – not big, dramatic leaps

    * Why so many women stay in “comfortable but not fulfilled”

    * How fear shows up in your body and how to work with it instead of avoiding it

    * A simple somatic process to move through fear in real time

    * How to identify what you’re actually afraid of (beneath the surface story)

    * Why fear isn’t truth—and how to question the stories it’s telling you

    * The shift from being controlled by fear to making decisions from courage

    * How taking action while fear is present builds real confidence and momentum

If you’re reading this and you know you’re done sitting on the edge of your life…my signature programme RISE starts tonight.

It’s an epic space for women who are ready to stop flirting with change and actually back themselves.

    Inside, you’ll learn how to…

    • Regulate your nervous system in real time• Move through fear without spiralling• Take clean, consistent action • Build self-trust in a way that actually holds

    And so, so much more.

Find out more, or take the leap and apply here.

Thanks for being here, and being you.

    All my love,

Jo PS - I would love to know what choices you’re making from this new space, that matter to you.

  • The deepest, darkest things we believe about ourselves

    Hey love,

There’s a reason you keep finding yourself in the same patterns, even if you know what you want.

It’s not a lack of discipline, a personal failure or that you’re not trying hard enough.

    It’s your subconscious belief system.

In this episode, I walk you through how limiting beliefs are formed, how they quietly drive your behaviour, and why so many of your actions are actually protective responses, not personal failures.

We look at how to uncover the belief at the root of your patterns, and how to start shifting it in a way that your nervous system can actually hold.

    If you’ve ever thought:“Why do I keep doing this?”“Why can’t I just change?”

    Start here.

And if you’re ready to stop flirting with change and actually make it happen I’m enrolling now for my signature programme Rise.

Thanks for being here and being you.

    All my love,

    Jo

Inside Rise we go to the root of where your limiting patterns formed and work directly with the emotional and nervous-system conditioning that created them.

    Which means that...

    • speaking your truth stops feeling risky• boundaries feel clean instead of terrifying• your desires become clearer — and you actually move toward them• being fully yourself starts to feel natural rather than something you have to force

We start April 1st. Find out more and register your interest here.

  • Your body is holding everything you're not saying

    Hey love,

If there’s one thing I know we do well it’s pretend we’ve got it.

That we’re good, we don’t have any feelings, we can handle it.

And your body is holding everything you’re not saying.

    Here’s what’s actually true:

You don’t have to have it all figured out.

You don’t have to be certain, confident, or completely ready.

What matters is that you show up anyway — for yourself, for the life you say you want, for the life you know is possible.

Or you show up because you want to feel better right now.

If this resonates know that I felt called to record a message especially for you today.

I’d love to know what lands 🤍

And if you ready to stop bending, proving, or holding yourself back join me for Worth It join a free, beautiful, potent masterclass for the woman who’s done overthinking, over-giving and bending to everyone else.

    Monday 22nd September 8pm BST/2pm CDT

Thanks for being here and being you.

    All my love,

    Jo
