Recently I did a questionnaire asking women what really turned them on. Not just in a kinda wet way… IN an OMG-fk-me-now way. There were certain themes that were overwhelmingly repeated.

These are the mains themes I saw that made a woman feel wet, open & in looove.

• Pressure-less Pleasure - Many women reported being more turned-on & open when they were able to engage in touch & intimacy without sx-pectations.

• Heart-Opening Communication - Honest, vulnerable (and sexy) communication about needs & desires makes the feminine feel safe and free to relax into pleasure.

• Embodied consent -  There’s verbal consent as well as embodied consent which is related to the felt sense. Women reported heightened desire for lovers who were present with and responsive to their bodies yes & no's.

• Attunement - An extension of embodied consent but different. This is about the lover's ability to deeply feel and attune to one another through presence & awareness of body cues.

• Mindful penetration - Mindful penetration is about building sexual tension, connection & erotic energy by waiting at the entrance of a woman for a period of time.
