When you're working 35 hour weeks it's easy to think that what you do for work is who you are.
But that's not true.
So how do we find meaning outside of work? and better yet, find a job that fills our cups?
Joining us today is Julie Parker, Mentor, Coach and Councillor and she's here to shift our perspective, cause what you do for work isn't who you are.

Periods.
They're painful, annoying, a blessing and a curse, all in one. But what if we’ve been looking at them all wrong.
What if the shame and mostly bad reputation that we've given our periods has been working against us the whole time.
Our guest today, Lucy Peach is a period preacher, author, folk singer and sexual health educator and she believes that if we learn what really happens to our body throughout our cycles we will live a more fulfilling life. She’s here to help us feel a little less guilty about those times when you just can't be f**ked or have just had it with everyone.

Loving your body doesn't come easy.
For most of us, it's an ever changing internal debate. We go through those days or weeks of loving ourselves only to be hit by something that completely derails us.
But we want you to know that's okay and that's It's not easy for anyone.
So today we've invited on Deni Todorovič, stylist, podcaster and LGBTQIA+ activist to chat how they learnt (and are learning) to love their body in that hopes that we can too.

How often do you catch yourself craving something you don’t have?
"Why am I still renting?" or "How come everyone seems to be in a committed and loving relationship, yet I'm not?"
It's so normal to wish you were at another point in your life, one that seems happier or offers more stability.
So how do we learn to appreciate this chapter of our lives?
We invited Hugh van Cuylenburg, Founder of The Resilience Project back on the podcast to share his best tips for learning to appreciate the now.

Breakups are complicated. But they're even more complicated if you don't have boundaries in place.
This week we've enlisted the help of Kelly McCarren for some break up do's and don'ts. They're practical, easy to say you're going to do, harder to implement- but oh so worth doing if you can.

Are you coping or being resilient?
It's been a rough couple of years. There's the obvious stuff like a global pandemic, floods, fires etc. But then there are the personal struggles. The ones that have you questioning right now, how you're going to get through the day, the month and even the year.
Hugh van Cuylenburg, Founder of The Resilience Project is here to talk to us about just that.
