Our final guest for the Finders SEEKers miniseries is none other than SEEK’s very own Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand – Kendra Banks. And we are SO lucky to benefit not only from her insider tips on taking advantage of the Great Job Boom, but also her personal wisdom on pivoting gleaned through an incredibly diverse and exciting career.

With a BA from Yale in Economics and Maths followed by a Masters in Euro Politics, Kendra – like many of us – has ended up in places she never expected spanning industries, roles and even continents across the US, UK, Denmark and Australia. She is the perfect example of how rewarding the INTRAPreneurial pathyay can be working with huge companies from McKinsey to Oxfam and Tesco to moving down under for Coles before her current role with SEEK.
