How do you really develop your clinical Ethos? And how does that translate to business?
In this eye-opening interview with Beth Kemper of Kemper Physical Therapy, we hear how her Pelvic PT Ethos has evolved over the years and how it eventually led her to start her own practice.
Beth had experience with starting her own practice. She made, as she says, almost every mistake in the book. So much so that she left it behind and went back to work at another insurance-based clinic for almost a decade.
But when they started cutting her time with patients, Beth knew it wasn't consistent with her Ethos. She tried everything to avoid starting her own business again, but started Kemper Physical Therapy in the heart of Covid and quickly grew.
She's now expanded to a new facility, grown her practice and hired both a front desk and another physical therapist to serve more patients.
