Matthew shares what it’s been like joining a new team, and transitioning to working alongside agents who might formerly have been described as his rivals. 

The duo also discuss the state of Melbourne’s market, and how pandemic lockdowns continue to make a mark on the city’s real estate transactions, particularly in the prestige segment.

Matthew shares some of the routines he’s put in place for himself personally to be able to operate as one of the state’s top sales agents.
