There has been a recent trend on social media where people are sharing their insecurities about all different things - family, work, life, fitness, etc. I feel inspired to share with you all a little bit of my wellness journey as I worked out of a very dark place to get to where I am at today. That all came from finding MY version of healthy...which I will tell you, your version of healthy is going to look and feel way more different than you thought.
