Episode #67 is an episode full of announcements. Things kick off with an announcement of an upcoming Sydney Marathon special episode with performance psychologist Dean Cooper. Brett & Joel then unveil the new Patreon-only "Chasing Paris" series hosted by Riley Wolff. "Chasing Paris" will follow the journeys of marathon athletes Gen Gregson & Andy Buchanan as they chase Paris 2024 Qualifiers in Valencia & Fukuoka marathons. In addition to everything else that's already being released on our Patreon platform we can announce (yes another one) the new "Live, Laugh, Love & Run" series with Jack, Joel and Brett. This will be delivered uncut (well unless things get really rogue) into the ears of our "Friends Of The Show" - starting this week!

As for their training weeks Brett is back up to his usual high mileage, finding fitness at the right time, while Joel introduces some harder running in his return from injury. You'll hear from "Train With FTK" winners Andrew and Jolie for the last time before their Sydney Marathon races (make sure you send them plenty of good luck messages) and the episode closes out with Tim Vincent's segment.
