Our guest today is the one and only Rob Bailey. You may know Rob from his highly successful fitness brand Flag nor Fail. Then again, you might know him from his supplement company Run Everything Labs, or you might even know him from the intensely great music he produces. As you might have figured out… Rob is absolutely crushing it. Today we’re diving into just how he’s built this incredible legacy and what his plans are to continue down this path of massive growth, challenge, opportunity, and value.

This episode is packed full of incredible insight through and through, but there were two major takeaways from this episode that can have a huge impact on your life. One - enjoying doing this that you’re not yet able to do. Enjoy learning, enjoy the growth, don’t think that because you can’t yet do something, that that is a barrier keeping you from obtaining your goals. Which takes us to the second takeaway - barriers equal opportunities. The epitome of an entrepreneur is someone who solves a problem, someone who provides a solution. Barriers offer that opportunity to develop solutions, they’re not mountains standing in our way, they’re literal road maps showing us where to go and all we have to do is follow them. As you’ll hear in today’s episode, Rob has done just that and built empires to address the barriers he’s faced.

One last thing I want to mention is this concept of taking massive accountability for yourself and your business. During this episode Rob mentioned that he has huge plans to further build out his company Flag nor Fail to take it to the next level, and he’s come to the conclusion that there’s something standing in his way from taking Flag nor Fail from a $10million company to a $100million company - himself. That right there should show you just how legit and down to earth Rob is.
