Emma is a past coaching client of mine who reached out in 2019 to seek help after having an anxiety attack and feeling depressed for a short period of time. That experience rocked her and I remember our conversation on the phone when she said to me that she wanted these negative thoughts to be gone and never come back. I replied, "that ain't going to happen". I helped Em realise that it's about learning to live with negative thoughts whilst focusing on the things that truly matter to her, and as a result the anxiety should ease.
She came on-board my six month coaching program to help her to focus on bringing into life what her soul desired. Ultimately, she realised she wanted to expand her focus beyond the corporate world and in her heart she wanted to write and create music. Six months went by and she created over 60+ song ideas and is now producing her very own music.
