Kimberly Horn started her real estate career in Atlanta, GA in 2004.  After moving to the DC area in 2005, Kimberly obtained her Maryland and Virginia real estate licenses. True to Kimberly’s competitive spirit, she earned her first Keller Williams “Million Dollar Real Estate” agent award in her first three months in the business.  

In 2010, Kimberly was introduced to KW and the Team Leader role.  Kimberly then transitioned into the Team Leader role at Keller Williams Capital Properties in Washington, DC.   Her relentless pursuit of results has helped catapult KW Capital Properties achieve the status of the fastest growing real estate company in the Washington, DC region.  After leading  KW Capital Properties to 300 agents and #1 in the region.  

Kimberly relocated to Tampa, Florida in 2015 to lead the KW Tampa Properties office.  In the 6 years she was a Team Leader, she grew the office to 450 agent, record breaking profit and #1 in the region 5 years in a row.   

Kimberly has a passion for people and a commitment to teaching agents how to build amazing real estate businesses and grow leaders.  In 2016, Kimberly had the honor of becoming a MAPS Mastery Coach for Leaders in Keller Williams.  The journey of being a mastery coach has led Kimberly to her current endeavors and success.  

Kimberly is now the CEO and Rainmaker of The Kimberly and Kelly Group, CEO of Elevate Consulting, MAPS Coach to agents and leaders of KW and BOLD Coach.  Yet, her biggest accomplishment is wife to Michael and Mother of 3 beautiful children, Tildon, Thomas and Savannah.
