When Lori Harder, serial entrepreneur, podcast host, author, and most recently, the CEO and Founder of glōci, realized her next big dream of launching a product, she never imagined that one of her biggest challenges would be getting over the shame of pivoting halfway through.
Self-made multi-millionaire Lori Harder has faced many challenges on her journey to success. From high school dropout to losing everything, Lori has always found a way to succeed and push past her limits. One of her biggest limitations was when she raised $2 million from 54 female investors to start an alcohol company, only to realize that she spent half the money on research and development, which left her feeling like a failure for months. Realizing that the only way out was to share vulnerably what she was going through, she successfully pivoted and launched glōci. It is Lori's mission today to redefine pivot and to let women founders know that there is no shame in reaching out to people who can assist you.
