Have you helped clients heal after the loss of a miscarriage or supported them during their struggles to conceive? There is a gift in the work we do, and today’s guest shares how this gift has helped restore her life and given her hope for a promising future.
Today, Lynn is joined by Physical Therapist and parent, Kristin Reardon for a candid conversation about loss, struggles with conception, and the journey forward that opened Kirstin’s world to new possibilities within pelvic health.
Kirstin Reardon was a Neurological PT for most of her career. Her personal journey addressing issues with DRA and prolapse after the birth of 2 children and experiencing the loss from a miscarriage pushed her to seek out more support. She learned about the Institute for Birth Healing and signed up for the Holistic Treatment of the Postpartum Body to try to figure out how to get back to a better place in her own body.
Today, she joins Lynn to share her story of recovery and healing and where this work is taking her next in her desire to help herself and others heal fully.
