Fresh from his win at the Lakes Traverse 100k at the past weekend, we speak about his training going into the race, his approach to different races and what he has planned for the future.

He’s had a great year so far with his first win of the year at The Arc Of Attrition in January and now the Traverse under his belt.

Gavin talks about his time living in New Zealand and settling back into life in the UK with his new home in the Lake District.
