In this episode, meet the Docs behind the pod! Hear about both of their personal health and wellness journeys, and their purpose and vision for the podcast!
Dr. Nicole Huffman is a Naturopathic Medical Doctor and wellness expert. She practices in Louisville, CO and also works with clients virtually from all over the world. Her passion is finding the root cause of why someone is in dis-ease and imbalanced; not just solving the symptom picture. She's been in the health industry for over 15 years and seen the most miraculous results when collectively healing the mind, body and spirit. Each piece is as important as the next and deserves to be brilliantly cared for.
She loves working with patients one on one developing their unique and individualized treatment program. Everyone is so different and should be treated that way! Dr. Huffman believes the body has the ability to heal itself given the correct personalized treatment plan and after restoring the basic determinants of health. She is committed to raising the standard of health and wellness by broadening her education and continually researching new methods of treatment. You can find out more about Dr. Nicole and her practice, here.

Dr. Abby Kramer's mission is to empower others to feel and function as their most vibrant selves. She is a Chiropractor and Holistic Physician practicing in Glenview, IL and also consulting with clients virtually. She has been featured in various publications such as: The Huffington Post, Bustle, E Health Radio Network, DIY Active, Chiropractic Economics and the American Chiropractic Association Journal of Rehabilitation.
Through her personal history of experiencing migraine headaches, chronic fatigue, and hormonal imbalances in her 20’s and being told repeatedly her symptoms were “normal” or “stress related”, she sought alternative care. Once she realized that her symptoms were her bodies’ way of communicating deep physical, mental, and emotional imbalances – true healing occurred. Changing the course of her professional life, she became a doctor inspired to bring that same type of transformation to her patients – ultimately becoming one of the foremost voices for progressive, holistic medicine in the Greater Chicago area. You can learn more about Dr. Abby and her private practice, here.
